CHARLES A. LUBITZ Partner

With more than 20 years of experience, Chuck Lubitz is the leading practitioner in real estate law, and has been a recognized lecturer on commercial leasing by Practicing Law Institute since 1973. He practiced in New York for 14 years, emphasizing commercial litigation and transactional real estate law, before relocating his practice to Florida in 1979. Mr. Lubitz is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions, and has represented real estate developers such as the Trump Organization, as well as numerous foreign and American buyers throughout the United States.

In addition to his New York and Florida Bar memberships, Mr. Lubitz is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators, the American Arbitration Association and the Queens County and New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Lubitz is an approved attorney for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company. A New York City native, he attended Union College for undergraduate study, and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He also was the first managing partner of the firm, serving in that capacity from 1985 through 1991.
