Formerly a founding partner with the 26-year-old Palm Beach law firm Lewis, Vegosen, Rosenbach, et al., Dean Vegosen merged his commercial and residential real estate practice with the firm in November 1999. Mr. Vegosen received his undergraduate degree from Brown University. He received his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Mr. Vegosen was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1969 and served as a law clerk for judges in both the United States District Court (Southern District) and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since entering practice in 1970, his clients have included some of the country's leading real estate developers and investors, and business and banking institutions.

Mr. Vegosen has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been active in a number of community service organizations, including several times as chairman of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Sixty Five Roses Ball. He has also served on the boards of the United Way of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach Community College Foundation. Mr. Vegosen has been a board member of several Palm Beach County banking institutions, including Bank of South Palm Beaches, First United Bank and Suburban Bank, and was chairman of the board of Suburban Bank.  He also served on the Zoning Commission of the Town of Palm Beach.
