Greg Kino represents both local and national clients in his land use/governmental and real estate practice and is extensively involved in the civic life of the City of West Palm Beach. He has obtained governmental approvals for a diverse list of development including a 40-acre, mixed-use project including a hotel and marina, four Downtown West Palm Beach high rise condominiums and the telecommunications facilities for the five major carriers at the Jupiter Stadium. He was formerly a five-year member and three-year chairman of the City's Historic Preservation Board.
Mr. Kino is very active in his church and provides pro bono legal services to such organizations as The Plae of Hope, Village of Hope and Urban Youth Impact. As a result of his civic activities, he has been nominated for the President's Volunteer Action Award, and has twice been a finalist in the Price Waterhouse/South Florida Business Journal 'Up & Comers' award.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida, Mr. Kino earned his law degree at Stetson University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Stetson Law Review. An AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, he is a member of the Palm Beach County and the Florida Bar Associations.
