Jeff Garber concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and business litigation, with special concentration in real estate and corporate litigation. He also handles insurance coverage disputes, community association (homeowners associatioin and condominium) matters, evictions (residential and commercial), and defense of Americans with Disabilities (Article III) actions.
Mr. Garber has represented a number of corporate clients ranging from middle market to Fortune 500 companies, as well as individual clients involved in commercial matters and litigation.
As a member of both the New York and Florida Bar Associations, Mr. Garber has been practicing in those states since earning his Juris Doctor degree in 1992 at Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, in Huntington, N.Y. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh and Second Circuits, the U.S. District Courts in both Florida and New York, and the United States Court of International Trade
