Following admission to the Florida Bar in 2001, Mr. Thibaut joined the firm as an associate.  Mr. Thibaut practices in the firm’s securities litigation and employment law practice groups.  

These claims involve a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to, common law and statutory claims in connection with investments in common stock, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds, managed money, alternative investments and structured products.

Mr. Thibaut's employment law practice focuses on discrimination, defamation, FMLA, ADA and FLSA matters.  In addition, his employment practice also includes negotiating and litigating employment agreements.

Mr. Thibaut is a member of the Palm Beach County Association, where he serves on the Employment Law and Securities Law Committees.  In addition, Mr. Thibaut is a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Thibaut, a native Floridian, attended the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in 1995.  He received his law degree in 2001 from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the International Law Journal, a National Association of Public Interest Law Fellowship recipient and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
