Michael Kennedy brings extensive experience to the firm in commercial litigation, construction claims and defects, and general civil trial practice. His background includes a special emphasis on representing those involved in the construction industry and commercial litigation.

Mr. Kennedy has also handled numerous complex construction trials involving construction disputes involving some of the largest construction projects in South Florida. He has participated in more than two dozen appellate actions before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

A Palm Beach County native, he is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1981. Rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981.
