A West Palm Beach native, Phil O'Connell focuses his practice in real estate, estate planning and probate, and has a long record of service to the community. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. since 1985.

Mr. O'Connell served for seven years on the Executive Council of the Economics of Law Practice Committee of the Florida Bar, and is a member of its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and its Economics and Management of Law Practice Section. Rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, he is a graduate of Florida State University.

Mr. O'Connell is an avid chess player and sports enthusiast who regularly plays tennis and travels.
