Employment Law
The Firm’s Employment Practice Group is a growing area of the Firm’s overall practice. The lawyers in this group represent individuals and businesses in connection with a variety of claims, including but not limited to, discrimination, retaliation, defamation, family medical leave, disability and wage and hour claims. The Firm’s lawyers have represented clients in state and federal court, as well as various administrative proceeds and arbitration. While the Employment Practice Group primarily focuses on litigation with respect to these issues in state and federal court, a portion of our practice is dedicated to consulting, drafting and negotiation of employment agreements.
